JX1500 Digital Cutter Suction Robot
The underwater vertical shield tunneling machine is a high-efficiency caisson construction device designed based on our expertise in deep-sea equipment manufacturing, combined with trends in domestic and international caisson equipment development, to create ultra-quiet urban working environments.
The digital underwater cutter suction robot features a cutter suction arm equipped with angle and linear displacement sensors, while the cutter head is fitted with a rotation speed sensor. Hydraulic cylinders for the traveling trolley have linear displacement sensors, and the main trolley rotation includes angle sensors. Operators can precisely control the cutter head’s position and operating depth via joystick controls, achieving 360° soil excavation without blind spots.
The slurry is transported to an external slurry pool via pump suction, with the system functioning efficiently at depths of 30 meters. Standard discharge pipes have a diameter of 150 mm. By modeling the equipment and the caisson, real-time detection of the positional relationship between the equipment and the caisson is possible, preventing collisions under limited underwater visibility. To avoid operational errors, the software includes distance limitations, restricting movements upon collision detection. This ensures operational efficiency while protecting the caisson and equipment safety.
The digital underwater cutter suction robot system can be disassembled for transport and reassembled on-site. Individual components meet municipal transport requirements and can be integrated with the caisson or lifted for dismantling and maintenance at ground level.
