VQY1500P Underwater Dredging Robot

The VQY1500P underwater dredging robot is an automated device designed specifically for removing silt and debris in underwater environments, widely used in municipal, chemical, reservoir, and port sectors. Its highly efficient dredging capabilities enable it to quickly restore waterway flow and significantly improve the efficiency of underwater dredging operations.

The VQY1500P is equipped with an independent underwater hydraulic power unit, ensuring powerful output and supporting a high-flow slurry pump for effective sludge transport, while being capable of handling large particle sludge, preventing blockages typically encountered with traditional suction systems. Its crawler-based mobility system allows the robot to move flexibly in various underwater terrains, completing dredging tasks in complex environments. Additionally, the powerful torque and suction capacity of its auger head enable it to easily handle compacted silt, significantly improving operational efficiency.

In terms of technical parameters, the underwater dredging robot features a 37kW power output, 25MPa working pressure, and a 100m³/h pump flow rate, with a slurry pump lift capacity of 20 meters, making it suitable for deep water dredging tasks.
