VWJ400 Underwater Excavator
The VWJ400 is a high-performance underwater excavator specifically designed for deep-sea operations at depths of up to 1500 meters. Constructed using Q355D materials, the unit is equipped with corrosion-resistant coatings and zinc block protection, making it well-suited for the harsh marine environment. Powered by a high-pressure cable, the hydraulic system transmits power to the various actuators, and precise remote control is achieved via the main control cabin and deck control unit. The VWJ400 supports a variety of integrated tasks, including underwater crushing, excavation, gripping, and cutting.
With efficient operational performance and versatile working capabilities, the VWJ400 supports both gantry and crane hoisting methods, reducing the need for heavy-duty engineering vessels. Its robotic control system consists of two parts: a surface control console that operates through an industrial computer with a keyboard and mouse, and an underwater control system composed of the main and auxiliary control cabins. These control systems manage core functions such as device movement, sensor connectivity, and auxiliary operations. The device is also compatible with various extension tools, enabling tasks such as channel rock breaking, underwater platform demolition, hazardous object removal, and subsea cable cutting and burial.
The VWJ400 has a total power output of 400Hp, a depth rating of 1500 meters, a maximum crushing distance of 2950mm, a maximum crushing depth of 1410mm, and a maximum crushing height of 4500mm. The design focuses on ease of operation and maintenance, providing efficient and reliable solutions for deep-sea tasks. It is widely used in marine engineering and deep-sea development projects.
