VYL1100 Subsea Trencher
The VYL1100 is the latest-generation ROV-based subsea trencher, specifically designed for the burial of subsea cables, umbilicals, and small-diameter pipelines. With a maximum trenching width of 600mm, its powerful trenching capabilities, combined with a high-power system, allow it to adapt to various soil conditions and complete subsea trenching tasks swiftly and efficiently, ensuring project progress.
Equipped with a crawler-track mechanism, the VYL1100 achieves free movement underwater and flexibly adapts to complex seabed environments. It supports multiple sensor configurations, including sonar, baseline, and depth gauges, enhancing operational accuracy and reliability. Additionally, its manipulator is versatile for various tasks and works in tandem with variable high-flow or high-pressure jetting technology, further improving adaptability and trenching efficiency across different soil conditions.
The VYL1100 is widely used in the burial of subsea oil and gas pipelines, power and telecommunication cables, and subsea cable maintenance. Its trenching width is adjustable from 100mm to 600mm, with a trenching depth of 0-3 meters and a trenching speed of up to 1.5 km/h. These features enable it to complete tasks quickly and precisely in diverse seabed environments, providing robust support for the successful execution of subsea projects.
