VYL600 Subsea Trencher
The VYL600 is a high-performance compact ROV-based trencher that delivers up to 600hp of power within a compact design. Specifically engineered for trenching subsea cables, umbilicals, and small-diameter pipelines, it offers exceptional jetting and thrust capabilities, efficiently meeting trenching demands across various soil conditions.
Equipped with a crawler-track mechanism, the VYL600 provides free mobility underwater, effectively adapting to complex seabed environments. It supports the integration of multiple sensors, such as sonar, baseline, and depth gauges, ensuring high precision and operational efficiency. Additionally, the device features a robotic arm and variable high-flow or high-pressure jetting functionality, enhancing trenching performance and efficiency across diverse soil conditions.
The VYL600 is widely used for subsea oil and gas pipeline burial, power and telecommunication cable installation, and subsea cable maintenance. Its trenching width is adjustable between 100mm and 500mm, with a maximum trenching depth of 3 meters and a trenching speed of up to 1.5 km/h. Designed for quick deployment and easy maintenance, the VYL600 provides an efficient and reliable solution for subsea engineering projects.
