Exhibit Introduction

We will showcase the VY150/250 at the event in Brazil this time. As a 3,500-meter deep-sea operational robot, the VY150 is equipped with a 100% domestically-developed TMS and 100% independent R&D spare parts ensure the stable of ROV. It set a record of 72 consecutive hours of deep diving operations in the 2,000-meter sea area of the South China Sea.

This achievement signifies the complete independent control over key core technologies such as deep-water power transmission, high-pressure resistant sealing, high-precision navigation and positioning, and reliable communication transmission, breaking the long-term technological monopoly of European and American countries in one fell swoop. This valuable experience in domestic localization can be directly applied to accelerate the independent development process of deep-sea oil and gas development equipment.

Navalshore has been held in Rio de Janeiro since 2004. In 18 editions, it has been responsible for exhibiting more than 4.100 brands of suppliers of products and services for the naval industry from all over the world, promoting business and developing partnerships. A total audience of over 162.000 people has visited the fair, bringing together professionals, businesspeople and government representatives.
