In September 2024, VVLAI participated in the 21st Oil & Gas Asia (OGA) Exhibition at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), Malaysia. As one of the leading events for the oil, gas, and energy industries in Asia, OGA brought together industry professionals, technology providers, and decision-makers from around the world.
During the exhibition, VVLAI presented its advanced underwater robotics and marine engineering solutions, highlighting the application of ROV technology in offshore oil and gas operations, subsea inspection, cable laying, underwater construction, seabed mining, dredging, and salvage projects.
A key highlight of the event was the presentation of the VY150/250 Deep-Sea ROV System, designed for operations at depths of up to 3,000–6,000 meters. Equipped with a fully localized TMS (Tether Management System), the platform has achieved a remarkable 72-hour continuous deep-sea operation record in the South China Sea at a depth of 2,000 meters. The system demonstrates VVLAI’s capabilities in deep-water power transmission, pressure-resistant sealing, high-precision navigation, and reliable subsea communication technologies.
Throughout the exhibition, VVLAI’s sales and technical teams engaged with visitors from the offshore energy, marine engineering, and subsea technology sectors, sharing expertise and exploring new partnership opportunities.
The event provided an excellent platform for VVLAI to strengthen its presence in Southeast Asia and showcase its commitment to advancing deep-sea technology and underwater robotic solutions for global customers.
